  • Mail claim: postmarked by January 15, 2027; received by January 22, 2027.
  • U.S. purchase and valid U.S. mailing address required; authorized participating dealer purchases only.
  • Include the completed form, original receipt or online email confirmation, original packaging UPC and NOAA registration proof. Keep copies. Maximum three rebates per household/business; no combined promotions. Allow 8–12 weeks after validation.

  • Claim must be received by: November 30, 2026. This is a receipt deadline, not a postmark deadline.
