Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Some items may require additional handling time. If an item is backordered, we will contact you with an updated timeline.

Shipping destinations
We ship to U.S. addresses. (If you ship to AK/HI/APO or Canada, tell me and I’ll add it cleanly.)

Shipping methods and delivery estimates
Shipping options and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout when available. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed due to carrier conditions and operational constraints.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout.

Same-day shipping (if applicable)
If you advertise same-day shipping, specify the cut-off time here. Example placeholder:

  • Orders placed before [cutoff time + time zone] on business days may ship the same day when inventory is available.

Tracking
When your order ships, we email tracking information to the address provided at checkout.

Split shipments
Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on inventory location and item availability.

Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs may apply.

Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us within 5 days. We will assist with a carrier inquiry and next steps. Theft after delivery is not covered, but we will help document the claim.

Shipping damage
Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
