B164 Bronze Thru-Hull - 50/200 kHz - 1 kW - 12 Tilted Element - Requires Mix Match Cable

12 tilted version for 8 to 15 hull deadrise angles. Step up to a 1 kWwithout a fairing! The 1 kW, flush-mount, Tilted Element transducer is perfect for fast, trailered vessels that cannot accommodate a High-performance Fairing. The flush-mounted, bronze housing extends less than 6.35 mm (1/4) below the hull so that it can sit on trailer rollers and bunks. The ceramic arrays are tilted within the housing, providing a perfectly vertical beam with maximum energy at the point directly below the boat.

Features:

  • Depth and fast-response water-temperature sensing
  • 1 kW of power
  • Dual-frequency elements:
  • 50 kHz with a wide 22 beamwidth for depth performance to 549 m (1800)
  • 200 kHz with a 6 beamwidth for depth performance to 244 m (800)
  • Interfaces to any 600 W or 1 kW echo sounder
  • Engineered for center-console and trailered boats
  • Low-profile bronze housing extends less than 6.35 mm (0.25) below the hull
  • No effect on the boats running performance
  • Available in a stainless steel housing (SS164) for use in all hull materials
  • Patented Xducer ID technology

Designed for fast, trailered vessels and center-console boats, the Airmar B164 Bronze Thru-Hull Transducer offers reliable performance with its 1 kW power rating and dual-frequency capabilities. Its flush-mounted bronze housing features a low profile that extends less than 1/4 inch below the hull, making it ideal for boats with trailer rollers and bunks without affecting vessel performance. The 12° tilted element ensures a perfectly vertical beam within hull deadrise angles of 8 to 15 degrees, providing accurate depth and temperature readings.
The transducer's dual-frequency elements operate at 50 kHz with a wide 22° beamwidth for depth performance to 1,800 feet, and at 200 kHz with a 6° beamwidth for detailed imaging up to 800 feet. It interfaces seamlessly with any 600 or 1 kW echo sounder, making it versatile for leisure, yachting, and fishing applications.
Constructed from durable bronze with a urethane acoustic window, this transducer is built to withstand harsh marine environments. Its patented Xducer ID technology ensures easy setup and compatibility across various systems. The compact design, weighing just over 6 pounds, makes installation straightforward on fiberglass or wood hulls, accommodating vessels up to 36 feet long.
Whether you’re exploring deep waters or fishing in shallower areas, the B164 provides precise depth, temperature, and sonar data to optimize your time on the water. Its high-performance design combined with rugged construction ensures long-lasting reliability and top-tier imaging for recreational and commercial boaters alike.

Features:

  • Depth and fast-response water-temperature sensing: Provides accurate readings for navigation and fishfinding.
