B175 Medium Ultra-Wide 1kW 12-Degree 12-Pin Connector for Garmin

Airmars innovative transducer designs have revolutionized the fishing world, and they continue to do so with the NEW Chirp-ready B175 Medium Ultra-Wide (MW) Tilted Element Thru-hull transducer. The B175MW takes transducer design and performance to a whole new level by using medium frequency (60-100 kHz) with an incredible ultra-wide beamwidth ranging from 57-73 port-starboard to 16 average fore-aft. Maximum coverage under the boat is achieved with this medium-frequency transducer, serving anglers who target pelagic species in the upper water column.

Airmars new Medium Ultra-Wide models are perfect for seeking deeper species with a frequency band from 60-100 kHz. When paired with our other popular models such as the B275LHW, provides the angler with a broad set of frequencies (Low, Medium-Wide, High-Wide) to interrogate targets from deep to shallow.

The B175MW Tilted Element Thru-hull is a 1 kW transducer housed in one of AIRMARs most popular Tilted Element housings which includes a ceramic element fixed at a 20, 12 or 0 angle. Because the transducer is installed almost flush to the hull, the tilted element corrects for the hull deadrise and orients the ceramic element vertically to ensure maximum echo returns to the transducer.

Features:

  • Depth and fast-response water-temperature sensor
  • 1 kW with depth tracking down to 400 m (1,300)
  • Medium frequency: 60-100 kHz
  • 57 to 73 beamwidth (port/starboard)
  • 16 average fore/aft
  • 40 kHz of total bandwidth from one transducer
  • Medium frequency for superior mid-depth performance and excellent fish-target separation
  • Bronze housing for use on stepped, planing, or displacement hull
  • Low-profile, thru-hull housing yields good resolution at speed when installed properly
  • Exclusive Xducer ID technology

Airmar B175C-12-MW-12G Medium Ultra-Wide Thru-Hull Transducer for Garmin delivers broad, detailed sonar coverage for anglers targeting pelagic species and fish in the upper water column. This Chirp-ready 1 kW transducer combines a medium-frequency range of 60-100 kHz with an ultra-wide beam pattern, helping fishfinders identify targets across a broad area beneath the boat.

Designed for mid-depth performance, the B175 Medium Ultra-Wide transducer provides 40 kHz of total bandwidth from a single transducer and supports depth tracking down to 1,300 feet. Its 57-73-degree port-to-starboard beamwidth maximizes coverage, while the 16-degree average fore-and-aft beam supports useful target separation. The integrated depth and fast-response water-temperature sensor adds important information for locating productive water.

The B175C-12-MW-12G features a bronze, low-profile thru-hull housing for stepped, planing, or displacement hulls. Its 12-degree tilted element is designed to compensate for hull deadrise and orient the ceramic element vertically for strong echo returns when properly installed. The nearly flush installation helps maintain resolution at speed, and Airmar's exclusive Xducer ID technology supports straightforward identification by compatible equipment. Pair it with other Airmar transducers, such as a B275LHW, to create a broader low-, medium-wide-, and high-wide-frequency sonar setup.

Features:

  • Depth and fast-response water-temperature sensor for added sonar data
  • 1 kW power with depth tracking down to 1,300 feet
  • Medium-frequency Chirp range of 60-100 kHz for mid-depth performance and fish-target separation
  • Ultra-wide 57-73-degree port-to-starboard beamwidth for broad coverage under the boat
  • Bronze low-profile thru-hull housing for stepped, planing, or displacement hulls
  • 12-degree tilted ceramic element, 12-pin connector, and exclusive Xducer ID technology
