Cylinders with a crimped closure, usually N20, O2 or Propane filled must not be stored below 40F as this may damage the seal. Custom made cylinders are not returnable. There is a 25% restocking fee for all other returned cylinders. Credit for punctured cylinders is not permitted unless a faulty Leland valve is returned with same.
