The Rule ECO-Switch model 39 controls a bilge pump using air pressure rather than a mercury mechanism. As bilge water rises, it compresses air in the connected tube and air bell; the increased pressure activates the pump control switch.

Features and application

  • Non-mercury switching design.
  • No moving internal parts or submerged electrical connections.
  • Electrical wiring stays above the water.
  • Model 39: 12V DC, for pumps drawing up to 20A.
